The Tanners League Junior Doubles took place at Bicton Bowling Club on Sunday 19th October 2025, the original date in September having been postponed due to bad weather.
The pairings were Jack Peach and Owen Hanmer, Oliver Gray and Harry Rudkin, Rhys Jordan and Dan Corbett, Sam Desborough and Logan Church, Jack Cooke and Ellis Griffiths and Emily Hotchkiss and Holly Hotchkiss.
In the semi-finals Rhys and Dan won 21-11 against Jack and Owen and Sam and Logan won 21-12 against Emily and Holly. In the final Rhys and Dan continued their good form to win 21-11 against Sam and Logan. Despite the rain there was some excellent bowling.
The families and friends were thanked for their support and thanks were also extended to Bicton Bowling Club for their hospitality and the excellent bowling green.
The P D Fullwood was presented by Mr Mike Caddick, League President, who was also thanked for sponsoring the junior competitions and his help.
