Battlefield pair, Alex Evans and Harry Ryder, were the 2023 winners of the Terry and June Sambrook Doubles beating Castlefields’ pair Keith Wall and Kieran Walker 21-10 in the final.
A great turn out of 32 pairs entered the competition, which was held at the Prince of Wales Hotel Bowling Club in Belle Vue, Shrewsbury.
The losing semi finalists were both Castlefields and Prince Hotel pairings with Rhys Marshall partnering Danny Wornell and Grandad/Grandson duo, Tony Wall and Lewis Hanmer.
