Expected Hours to work

At certain peak times of the year especially administering and managing invoices/insurances there is a need to frequently/if not daily complete duties that ensure SCGBA maintains up to date/accurate records and I estimate this takes around 7 hours per week.

Officer Honoraria are paid in 4 monthly instalments from July through to October. This requires firstly to submitted gross pay to HMRC, create payments then in the following month submit tax owed to HMRC this equates to an additional 2 hour per applicable months.

The amount of other work that happens during the year can be varying depending on the number of queries, phone calls & emails you receive to the number of bank payments that need creating.  I create a report for all Executive meetings and AGM.

Remuneration is in the region of £1665 gross per annum, but subject to review at the AGM.
